Hadeel was a super star! She is one of the best hosts I ever come across as I travelled around the world for business and pleasure. Everything was top notch from facilities to breakfasts, room, etc Their staff were consistently performed exceptional services. I would highly recommend this hidden gem for the people who are planning to visit Riyadh. Totally worth it.

The receptionist Ms. Hadeel was very accommodating and very welcoming. The service was top notch and I will definitely visit again. The breakfast menu had variety of options and the room was just as the photo and super clean. The WiFi was very good as well especially since I am here for work. Overall, a very good hotel and very welcoming atmosphere.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was wonderful. They were pleasant and accommodating. The front office manager Majid was particularly helpful. Reception, bell staff and housekeeping were great. The restaurant had a great breakfast. High quality and great variety. Their other offerings were delicious,well prepared and reasonable. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating. The exercise room was above average and the indoor pool was nice.

Awesome! We had enough experience to compare this hotel with other hotels which we visited not long ago, and this hotel wins with clean, nice, and well-maintained facilities, great employees. The personnel is exceptional , especially the General Manager Mr. Khalid Rushdi, restaurant employees:, for example , Mr. Zakir Huseyn, he was so hospitable, nice and supportive, and the wonderful chef, Mr.Rafat. The cleaning and maintenance personnel does the best job, and is very polite. We enjoyed our stay and will return if we are offered affordable rates. Good job, "Continent Al Waha"!

Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the concierge department and Ms. Hardeel (Receptionist) Makes you feel welcome! Management should keep these kind of employees. Restaurant Manager is nice. Waiter should at least know basic English. Food were a spread and delicious! Room are clean and huge!!! Very clean! Keep up the good work! And I will surely comes back to this Continent Al Waha Hotel!

The receptionist/Amany was supportive enough and facilitate the check in. As well the chief/ Rafaat is a professional and decent. The hotel is well maintained and clean .breakfast is included and open buffet of nice stuffs.all we liked .the room is spacious and well cleaned.I give the hotel 5 🌟 Thanks for all staff .

My second time staying here and as always very good customer service. The WiFi is superb and breakfast has variety of options. Once again Hadeel was very welcoming and lovely.
